(Applicable Ports: Rotterdam / Fujairah / Singapore / China / Houston)

Step-by-Step Procedure

Buyer Submission
The Buyer provides a Charter Party Agreement (CPA) and issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) on official company letterhead, referencing Altira Petroleum’s working procedure.
The submission must include:-
Buyer’s passport data page

Certificate of Incorporation

Commercial Invoice & Product Commitment
Altira issues a Commercial Invoice (CI) and Statement of Product Availability. The Buyer signs, endorses, and returns the CI. -
Proof of Funds or Guarantee Letter
Buyer provides a bank statement or Proof of Funds (POF).
If not available, a Guarantee Letter with a penalty clause confirming readiness and financial capacity is required. -
Tank Allocation & Verification Documents
Once validated, Altira Petroleum provides:-
Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with full GPS coordinates

Authorization to Verify (ATV) for confirmation of product availability

Tank Lease & Access Permit
The Buyer leases Altira’s tank for two days to conduct a dip test and secures a legal port access permit.
Altira’s storage company issues a UTDA and completes registration within 48 hours. -
Dip Test & Verification
The Buyer performs a dip test under joint terminal supervision to confirm the product’s quality and quantity. -
Injection Authorization & Documentation
Upon successful verification, Altira issues a Notice of Readiness (NOR) and coordinates with the Buyer’s shipping company to authorize injection (ATI).
After injection, Altira provides:-

NCNDA/IMFPA for broker commission terms

Payment & Title Transfer
Once the Buyer endorses all documents and remits payment, Altira Petroleum transfers full ownership and issues:-
Product Allocation Certificate

Commission Settlement
Commissions are paid according to the signed NCNDA/IMFPA, ensuring all intermediaries are compensated fairly. -
Future Liftings
Repeat allocations and long-term contracts are arranged upon the Buyer’s request.
