⚙️ Standard Transaction Procedure
- Buyer Submission
- Buyer issues ICPO with company details, BCL (Bank Comfort Letter), and valid Tank Storage Agreement (TSA).
- Seller Documentation
- Upon acceptance, Altira Petroleum issues a Commercial Invoice (CI) for signature.
- Buyer signs and returns CI.
- Proof of Product (POP)
- Seller issues the following verified documents:
- Bill of Lading
- Cargo Manifest
- Export License
- Customs Affidavit
- Seller issues the following verified documents:
- Quality Verification (SGS)
- A fresh SGS report from the loading port is made available to the buyer’s nominated tank farm.
- The report remains confidential to both parties.
- Tank Confirmation
- Buyer provides within 72 hours:
- Valid Tank Receipt (minimum 7 days)
- Notice of Readiness from tank company
- Authority Letter to Verify and Inject
- Buyer provides within 72 hours:
- Injection and Testing
- Upon vessel arrival, the product is injected into the buyer’s tanks.
- SGS inspectors conduct full Quantity & Quality (Q&Q) dip tests.
- Payment
- Upon successful test results, buyer releases payment via SWIFT MT103 wire transfer.
- Title Transfer
- Altira Petroleum transfers ownership and provides all necessary documents, including the Certificate of Origin.
- Commissions and Long-Term Agreement
- Commissions are paid to all intermediaries.
- A 12-month renewable FOB contract may be signed after successful first delivery.
